By purchasing this product you have the right to use this product commercially as follows:
- You may create layouts for others and sell the final flattened image.
- You may use this product for making greeting cards, wrappers, calendars, etc as long as it is for small home based business purposes.
- You may use this product for web and blog design purposes as long as all images are flattened and 72 ppi.
- You may use this product to create papers and/or elements for your digital scrapbook kits, element packs, etc.
- You are NOT required to credit me for using this product, however if you wish to please credit Inspiredbydominic Designs. Again, credit is not required but it is appreciated.
-You may alter the product if needed but just know that enlarging is not recommended as you will lose quality and the results may be poor. Scaling them DOWN should have no effect on the resolution.
-You may NOT use this product by itself to create an "element pack" by just recoloring and repackaging. To use in an element pack, you must have worked this product into your own design.
-You may NOT use this product to make commercial use products. (Scrap 4 Hire, yes - designer tools, no.)
-You may use my texture overlays to create designs that may be sold to paper companies. However, you may not claim copyright on these overlays.
Any distribution, sharing or selling of the products themselves or of the commercial use license is not allowed as these are copyrighted images and it would be illegal to do so.
Please contact me if you would like to use my designs in a way that has not been mentioned.

Personal Use/Scrap4Hire TOU

YOU MAY:
-submit your layouts using any of my products to online or print publications or contests. Credit is NOT required.
-use these graphics for web site/blog design as long as files are 72 ppi and flattened. Again, NO credit is required.
-alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. It is recommended that graphics are NOT enlarged as this is will to lessen the quality.
-print hard copies of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking project ONLY. (Please see below for Scrap 4 Hire terms)
-make a copy of these graphics for backup purposes ONLY. Please copy the TOU also.
You MAY use this product for an In-home Scrap-For-Hire:
-All finished products must be flattened jpeg files or printed hard copies.
-All web or blog designs must be flattened images and 72 ppi.
-Please do not use my products for quick pages without my permission in advance.
-Credit is NOT required.
YOU MAY NOT:
-claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.
-use any graphics, original or altered, or any portion thereof in any commercial work whatsoever without express written permission by the creator, Tiffany Berman. With the exception of Scrap 4 Hire projects.
-resell, sub-license or otherwise make available any of the graphic(s) included in this file for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.
-use any graphic(s) from this zip file to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
-use these graphics (free or paid) in any online collections, CD ROM''s, sold or distributed in any way including sharing via e-mail, groups, newsgroups, chats, free downloads etc.
-use this product to make ''freebies'' or quickpages to give out to people without advance permission.

Tiffany Berman is not responsible to any person, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of this product.
